All members of the club are requested to participate in our monthly lotto. Each member will only have to attend for lotto duty two times per year.
In the case of any member unwilling/unable/or would prefer not to participate on lotto nights, it has been decided by the Committee that these members must sell two annual books of tickets.
If any member is unable to attend on their assigned night, they must organise a replacement/swap with another team member so we have uniform numbers each night lotto is on.
As we are all aware, the monthly lotto plays a significant part in the funding of our club. We all benefit from this, as players, members, supporters and beyond. In order to ensure insurance can be paid, kits and equipment purchased, pitch maintenance and clubhouse facilities upheld, it is vital we all take responsibility in the support of Castlebar Rugby Club.

NOTES
1 Team captains are responsible for informing thier teams that they are on duty at least 2 weeks prior to lotto night.
2 Lotto will normally be the last Friday night of each month.
3 All players MUST attend on thier night or sell thier tickets prior to thier allocated night on duty.
4 If you can not attend, you are responsible for geting a replacement.
5 December will be a club night out, so everyone will be on lotto duty Fri 16th Dec(if unable to attend,please see note 3)
6 If all players do thier lotto, 20% of sales will go towards end of season tour.
7 Dont expect medical bills to be paid if you have not done your lotto!!
