International Tickets – Season 2011/12
We are implementing a new allocation system for international tickets from season 2011/12 onwards. The old system of e-mailing requests will be replaced by way of an application form posted to the ticket officer along with cheques made out to Castlebar RFC and crossed, the amount on the cheque is to be left clear. This is due to increased demand and decreased allocation for the new Aviva Stadium.
This process will be strictly adhered to in the interests of transparency and fairness to all members of the club.
As of 01/06/11, members will be able to download an application form from the club website which must be completed and returned via post along with a blank cheque, payable to Castlebar RFC and crossed, for each game tickets which are being requested. All successful applicants will receive their tickets by post approximately 4 weeks prior to the match. Any unused cheques will be returned.
Notes
1 Castlebar RFC do not receive a schoolboy allocation of tickets
2 Please note the IRFU are implementing a new International ticket pricing and distribution system. For seasons 2011/12 and 2012/13 all tickets will have to be paid for a minimum 5 weeks in advance of RBS six nations and Autumn internationals by club members. This is as a result of the requirement for the club to pay the IRFU in advance also. Please note that this is IRFU policy and not the clubs/branches preferred system.
3 Please use the application forms on the club website to place order requests. Castlebar RFC will have a reduced allocation from last year, so early requests are advisable.
4 Please insert your preferred ticket categories, however the club can not guarantee requests will be fulfilled as per orders as the club will not know the nature of our ticket locations until our allocation arrives. We will endeavour to fulfill each request, but retain the right to substitute/upgrade/downgrade category requests.
5 Family packages are defined as 1 adult and 1 child or multiples of same
6 Cheques must be with the club for
Ireland v Wales on 05/02/12 by the 01/01/2012
Ireland v Italy on 25/02/12 by the 21/01/2012
Ireland v Scotland on 10/03/12 by the 03/02/2012
NB Please note that our allocation has reduced from last season,therefore it is adviseable to send orders as early as possible.
Tickets for games will be issued on a first come-first served basis, and where over-subscribed, requests will be spread across matches to ensure fairness and give all members an opportunity to obtain tickets.
Terms and Conditions:
· The Committees decision will be final on allocations
· Only fully paid up members will be considered for ticket requests
· Castlebar Rugby Football Club cannot guarantee any/all allocations requested will be fulfilled

AWAY INTERNATIONAL TICKETS
Ticket requests for away RBS six nations games in France and England must be recieved by post no later than 16th October 2011. Orders must be submitted to IRFU by then. Any orders recieved after that cannot be garanteed.
Prices are as follows.
England £95/80/65/56/40
France €110/73/56/40
Please quote which category you require and number of tickets required. There will be a €5 Connacht branch handling fee applicable per ticket. No requests after this date will be entertained.
