International Tickets – Season 2011/12
We are implementing a new allocation system for international tickets from season 2011/12 onwards. The old system of e-mailing requests will be replaced by way of an application form posted to the ticket officer along with cheques made out to Castlebar RFC and crossed, the amount on the cheque is to be left clear. This is due to increased demand and decreased allocation for the new Aviva Stadium.
This process will be strictly adhered to in the interests of transparency and fairness to all members of the club.
As of 01/06/11, members will be able to download an application form from the club website which must be completed and returned via post along with a blank cheque, payable to Castlebar RFC and crossed, for each game tickets which are being requested. All successful applicants will receive their tickets by post approximately 4 weeks prior to the match. Cheques will cashed 4 weeks prior to the relevant fixture. Any unused cheques will be returned.
Tickets for games will be issued on a first come-first served basis, and where over-subscribed, requests will be spread across matches to ensure fairness and give all members an opportunity to obtain tickets.
Terms and Conditions:
· The Committees decision will be final on allocations
· Only fully paid up members will be considered for ticket requests
· Castlebar Rugby Football Club cannot guarantee any/all allocations requested will be fulfilled
No e-mail or phone orders will be entertained.

This process is an IRFU trail for Summer International and is subject to change for future Internationals.
As a result we have a limited number of tickets which we are giong to offer to club members at a signifigant discount to face value price. Category 1 tickets are available at €10 each (€40 face value) and category 2,3 and 4 will be €5 (€30,€20 and €10 face value). So this is your opportunity to see Internationals in the Aviva with the kids at a very respectable price as a thank you from the club for all your hard work and dedication.

Ard na Cregg Cup Final

Castlebar J2 team were defeated in the final of the Ard na Cregg Cup with a spirited performance against champions Tuam at Corinthian Park in Galway on Sunday. Castlebar reached the final with a fine 13-10 win against a fancied Creggs side the previous weekend.
