The following regulations will apply to all rounds of the Heineken Connacht Junior Cup, except the final.

• Clubs may tog and play 5 subs, (maximum of 5 subs togged) this means there must be 5 front rows (properly identified on the team sheet) in your panel of 20.
• All games will kick off at 2pm
• In the event of a draw at full time, 2 ten minute periods of extra time will be played.
• If teams are still tied after extra time, the team scoring the most tries wins the tie.
• If after extra time, the teams are still tied and are level on tries scored, the away team wins the tie.
